Customers vote “Foxtrot” № 1 choice among home appliances chains again.
The 11th “Choice of the year” contest defined best companies in their industries. On November 12 at the “Ukraina Palace” representatives of 49 companies in 64 nominations were awarded.
“Foxtrot. Home appliances” became “Best trade chain of home appliances and consumer electronics” once again for the 9th time in a row. "This award is very important for us, since this way we win recognition of customers and community, which means that “Foxtrot” is developing in the right direction and remains the first store customers would go to when purchasing home appliances and consumer electronics", - said Foxtrot Home appliances CEO Uwe Klenk.
Best companies are defined via summing up the results of marketing research of consumers’ preferences, rating of quality features of goods/services by Expert council, conclusions by Advertising committee regarding promotions of goods/services on the market, opinion of High jury and Organizing Committee of the contest. Opinions of Ukrainian consumers take the most valuable part in evaluation process of nominees.
The award ceremony of XI “Choice of the year” international contest was led by Snezhana Egorova and Andrey Domanskiy. By tradition, a great drawing of valuable prizes was held.
“Foxtrot. Home appliances” is the leader of Ukrainian retail market of home appliances and consumer electronics. The first “Foxtrot” store was launched in 1994, and as of November 14, 2011 there are 228 “Foxtrot. Home appliances” stores around Ukraine. The company operates stores in 102 regional and district centers around Ukraine with total sales area circa 200 000 sq. m. According to the rating by Deloitte & Touche, “Foxtrot. Home appliances” trading chain is among 500 largest companies of Central and Eastern Europe. Sales volume comprised over 6,8 billion hrn in 2010. Commencing 2010, “Foxtrot. Home appliances” trading chain is a member of “Euronics” –the largest buying group for consumer electronics operating in 29 European countries.
